The Polish Combatants' Association in Canada, Head Executive Board, and Kresy-Siberia (Canada) will be
co-hosting a split fundfaiser with WoundedWarriors.ca.
The Polish-Canadian World War Two Veterans Tribute to Canada's Wounded Warriors will bring
together wounded veterans from the Afghanistan war, World War Two and possibly various missions, wars and conflicts in between.
Representatives from War Amps and Canadian Veterans of the Vietnam and Korean wars are also expected to
attend.
Tickets
- Tickets for the general public are $100.00 CDN, per person, with discounted prices for our men and women
in uniform (i.e. armed forces -active, retired, veteran; police; fire fighters).
- The ticket price includes your donation.
- Tickets may be ordered at http://www.ticketweb.ca. Payment is by credit card. Tickets go on sale March 15, 2010 at 9am.
Event
- The event will take place at the Polish Combatants' Association Branch # 20 hall at 206 Beverley Street in
Toronto (M5T 1Z3).
- Cocktails begin at 5:00 p.m. and dinner is at 6:30 p.m.
- Evening dress for the general public.
Parking and Accessibility
- Parking is available on neighbouring streets or at "Green P" parking lots for a small fee. Pay at the
meter using coin or credit card.
- An elevator is accessible from the underground parking lot for those who cannot climb stairs. As it
is extremely difficult to turn around in the underground parking lot, please drop off passengers at the driveway entrance
on Cecil Street. From there those requiring assistance can be helped to the elevator lobby. A wheelchair is available.
- A handicapped accessible washroom is located off the main hall (2nd floor) to the left of the stage.
